OpenRewi was founded in 2020 as an initiative for open legal scholarship with the aim of creating freely accessible and usable legal materials in accordance with the Open Definition. The publishing projects work in a decentralised, autonomous and cooperative manner and are supported by OpenRewi. Many projects publish their books with renowned publishing houses as well as on open platforms.
